G-Lab Summer Programs

Join the Greatness Lab during the summer season and separate yourself from the competition! Take advantage of our PAD Pass and Summer Special Program for an all exclusive training experience that will strengthen your mind and body. Summer Special Program

The Greatness Lab is offering a Summer Special Program! This special will allow unlimited access to our G-Lab equipment including the Reax Board, Cardio Cage, Virtual Reality, Regeneration Center, and more! This 9 week event will run from June 20th through August 31st for a special rate of $199! Come get better and #AchieveGreatness all summer long!


PAD Pass Program

The PAD Pass is a state of the art summer training program that combines strength and conditioning, cognitive skills training, yoga, and movement training. This all inclusive program is designed for motivated athletes ready to train outside the box and maximize their gains over an eight-week period.

Unleashed Fitness (UFIT) certified strength coaches Dan Newton and Kelly Willing will push your physical limits while our eight station G-Lab circuit will challenge both your mental focus and speed up your processing and reaction time. Pad Pass athletes will also improve flexibility through yoga and increase mobility and body control through our movement training.

Athletes can choose a two-day or a four-day plan. Mondays and Wednesdays focus is on speed, quickness and agility as well as cognitive and movement training. Tuesday and Thursday’s focus is on strength and raw power, cognitive training as well as yoga.

Based on what area of focus you plan on attacking, work on your speed/quickness or your power/strength with UFIT. Conveniently located directly in the PAD!

Yoga

Take a deep breath and relax with our certified yoga instructor. Take time to focus on your breathing while also increasing your flexibility which can limit potential injury.

Movement

New to the PAD Pass this year, come work your body through our movement class. Gaining a full range of motion in all muscles and joints is critical to overall performance.

G-Lab

Work your mind and body in the G-Lab through cognitive training. Increase skills like memory, focus, agility, hand eye coordination, processing speed, balance, motivation, and more!
