The iHATS © training program is inspired by a top down approach and designed to target regions of our brain networks responsible for the flight or fight response in order to enhance one’s ability to read the scenario correctly, react quickly, and execute properly. 

SPIN PROTOCOL

SPIN is the protocol used before drills at each of the iHats training stations at the G-Lab. SPIN consists of three components… Your Posture, Breathing and Self Talk. Each time you SPIN you are preparing yourself to perform under pressure.
